The healing Power of Living RAW

Today's Healing food is Mango as they are in full abundance for our down under SUMMER!

I personally believe you feel the power of natures way when you FULLY align yourself to it.
Let's say you are eating RAW and healthy but you still drink alcohol, party hard, eat sugar, and still have those packaged and processed foods that are keeping the Medical World ALIVE and abundant.

I value Doctors and Health care as there is a need for medical services when it comes to accidents and unfortunate illness in children and babies.
I do believe if you are an adult and herby you have an opportunity to really heal your body and use this preventative way of health and living to extend your life, longevity noisy vitality, happiness and live with more  optimistic attitude
through the power of living RAW! But you do need to make sure you are getting nutrient dense foods and high in IRON, protein, calcium, vitamins and nutrients.

A varied in season diet is the way to go.

Mangos are in season and did you know how powerful and healing a mango really is besides tasting extreme sweet and yummy!
Mango Health Benefits

1.  Prevents Cancer:

Research has shown antioxidant compounds in mango fruit have been found to protect against colon, breast, leukemia and prostate cancers. These compounds include quercetin, isoquercitrin, astragalin, fisetin, gallic acid and methylgallat, as well as the abundant enzymes.

2.  Lowers Cholesterol

3.  Clears the Skin

4.  Eye Health

5.  Alkalizes the Whole Body:

6. Improved Sex:

Mangos are a great source of vitamin E. Even though the popular connection between sex drive and vitamin E was originally created by a mistaken generalization on rat studies, further research has shown balanced proper amounts (as from whole food) does help in this area.

7.  Improves Digestion:

Papayas are not the only fruit that contain enzymes for breaking down protein. There are several fruits, including mangoes, which have this healthful quality. The fiber in mangos also helps digestion and elimination.

Why wouldn't you eat Mango's this summer? Because I know someone may tell you it's too high in sugar! Nature provides us with a new season of nutrient dense food. Rather than dieting and cutting things out line RAW healthy fresh fruit try adding back in more RAW and in season foods that maybe your body is craving!
