KARRATHA 3 DAY YOGA CHALLENGE

Why is YOGA becoming more and more popular?



Well if you are anything like me, you felt a difference from the very first day you tried it. 

I still remember my very first yoga class, and from that day on I knew I wanted to become a Yoga Teacher. 

Even though, and at that time I owned two amazing successful Businesses in the Hair And Beauty Industry. 

Number one obstacle was how in earth was I ever going to stand up in front of a lot of people and speak confidently?
And number two was how on earth can I do this as a career and make  that change? Number three was how on earth will I ever get into the splits or get my leg over my head! 

Looking back I can now give thanks, gratitude and value to this amazing practice called YOGA. 
Not only does it give you confidence, improves your own self esteem, self worth to follow your dreams and true passions and defines the truth of your own identity,  it has far more health and brain benefits to it than any other exercise in the universe. 

You know how much I love yoga and put it at the top of my exercise regime list, however when you learn the health benefits that go with YOGA you too will start practicing more and more and finding ways in your own life to work out how you can get along to a yoga class 3-7 times a week or start developing your own little yoga sequence. Making it part of your being, your life. The problem we have in today's world is we are too consumed by the 'doing' Yoga takes you into your mat, into your body and stills your mind so you practice 'being' have you ever asked why we are called human beings! It's all part of the key to real happiness peace and enlightenment 'learning to be and being' 

Yoga helps you reach your goals. 

On my next WA KARRATHA trip you will receive a handout of a simple easy short yoga practice, that you can easily follow and start to incorporate into your exercise regime. Do-it yourself Yoga. 
It's a starting point and it's how I developed my own daily home practice. Whether that is at the gym, park, beach or at home.
 You will also receive a 3 Day Detox Plan to help guide you through the 3 days, teaching you how simply living a 'non processed' diet really is, and tasty too.
