Despite what you may think, yoga isn't just for women. Plenty of major sports teams and athletes work this ancient stretching and strength discipline into their pre- and off-season workouts.

Every week there are more and more of manly men and sports heroes finding their way to the yoga mat.

With yoga, you’ll hone your mental focus, rid your system of toxins.  Great for preventing  injuries.  Improved flexibility is a bonus for just about every sport - after working with me -you will be able to touch your toes, and even improve your performance in the bedroom!

It’s no secret that yoga and meditation have serious benefits for your health, but especially for pro athletes competing a high level, it really pays dividends.

When players have the capacity to align their body and mind, you’re going to get results. 

Meditating is just as important as any field practice or weight lifting session. Maintaining that centered state of mind while in the game and just allowing instincts take over shows us the true measure of greatness.

Not to mention, yoga helps with flexibility, which is useful in preventing injuries. 

Professional Athletes are beginning to understand the real importance of implementing yoga in their workout and pre-season training regimen.

There were plenty of changes all round, but one of the greatest gifts through my own transformation is fine tuning my own body and really getting to know it to another whole level in mind, body and soul. 

Yes, it's all about you today. So many women that I work with neglect to take care of themselves because they are so busy helping everyone else. I spent years in business owning hair and beauty salons doing exactly that and before I knew it I had forgotten to really take care of me. The result was 'Burn out!' and a broken down marriage!! Now I am not talking about booking into a week long meditation retreat today although that would be pretty awesome! And by now you know my work and strongly believe in meditation, but my online program is all about simple self care practices that you can implement regularly rather than waiting until you reach the point of burn out.

New Exercise Plans: Over the years of working with many Mum's and women we have realized you are all so busy so we have designed more time efficient , simple  but EFFECTIVE YOGFIT exercise plans  for you.
Workout Videos:  10 online YOGAFIT workouts designed to build strength, flexibility, fitness and calm your mind so you can live a health life energy and reduced stress. You will notice from Week 6 the workouts are shorter to provide an intense and effective workout for those who don't have an hr at home in the mornings. Please follow through week one to ten in order, it is part of the transformation.

New Recipes: This program is based on a PLANT & WHOLE FOOD way of life. But to make it accessible and achievable for you to begin with as you transform, the 10 Week Program strives to motivate you to eat 80% Raw  and Plant based but giving you the freedom to have 20% cooked and some fish and chicken. 
My recipe database is exploding, with  'The Power of Living Raw' book and my original Cooking with Chia book, you will get an opportunity to experiment with new recipes from both books and the nutrition planners that were originally created in 2011on this program with raw clean wholesome recipes. The books  will help you with those treat days and keep your recipes fun and yummy while staying the best you can to be gluten free, dairy free, vegetarian and alcohol free the best way you can.
